There are 5000+ professional clubs, but more than 98% don’t even have a talent scouting department.
Many talented, ambitious players from less developed countries don’t get noticed, so they will ultimately quit football and get a job.
Simply put, it’s not enough to have talent.
It’s not enough to be passionate and to work hard.
Talent needs to be seen and an opportunity to grow to reach its true potential.
And unfortunately, there aren’t enough resources to give everyone a shot.
